  • Project Manager

    Shuler Construction is hiring a full-time Project Manager. If you are passionate about excellent craftsmanship, have a minimum of 7 years of experience in high-end custom home building, and are customer service oriented, we would love to hear from you! This position will manage the construction of our custom homes and other unique projects. This position’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, scheduling and overseeing subcontractors, managing the long-term and short-term schedule, ensuring the execution of the architectural plans, job site quality control, maintaining daily job logs, and internal reporting. Shuler Construction offers a competitive salary, bonus program, and paid time off.


    • Bachelor’s degree in construction science or equivalent.
    • 7+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
    • Ability to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, assignments.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in challenging environments.
    • Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including upper management, designers, sales, trades, vendors & customers.
    • Must possess the ability to supervise effectively at all levels & with a variety of personalities. Motivate building partners to perform at a high level of competency.
    • Manage time effectively, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines.
    • Be decisive, flexible & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays and in a very fast-paced environment.
    • Can analyze & resolve problems. Excellent organizational, leadership & communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Construction Practices and Terminology. Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
    • Attention to Detail and Persistence in follow up.
    • Strong sense of urgency.
    • Work vehicle.
    • Be able to plan ahead and schedule forward.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
    • Ability to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, assignments.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Superintendent

If you are passionate about excellent craftsmanship, have a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end custom home building, and are customer service oriented, we would love to hear from you! This position will manage the construction of our custom homes and other unique projects.
